Automize had identified two Software Development Interns they wanted to bring on. Both were Indian citizens studying in the US, and both needed formal employment support to work legally, the kind Automize, as a small US-based company, couldn’t provide directly.

The gap wasn’t about finding the right candidates. They had them. The problem was the employment structure. Without a compliant entity to issue the offer letter and support ongoing payroll, the interns couldn’t start. A missed hire at that point means restarting the search.

Automize needed a partner who could step in as the employment entity, issue compliant offer letters through a local state entity, and keep everything running month to month.
