Eastech Business Solutions had built a global team: 2 employees and 90 contractors spread across 28 countries. Each needed to be paid in their local currency. Eastech's funds were held in crypto assets.

That's not one currency conversion problem, it's 28 simultaneous ones. 

On top of that: the contract management overhead of 90 independent contractors across time zones, legal frameworks, and currencies. Signing, invoicing, and payment delivery at that scale, without a centralised system, means the operational load grows with every hire.

And for some of the team, work visa and employment support was also part of the picture, resources working from locations that required formal authorisation to do so. Eastech needed infrastructure, not just a payment processor.

What do you like best about Gloroots?

The scale of what we were asking for was real, 90 contractors across 28 countries, paid in local currencies from a crypto treasury, with visa support on top for part of the team. Gloroots handled it all through one system. The contractor management module meant contracts, invoices, and payments all ran through a single process. That's what made it manageable at our size.

What do you dislike about Gloroots?

Not much. Payments went through correctly, the contractor module worked as promised, and the visa support kept the team in their preferred locations without delays. There wasn't a gap that stood out across the engagement.
