NoCode.Tech (owned by Stacker Software Ltd) is an educational platform and directory designed to help startups, small businesses, and enterprises build software and automate workflows without writing code. The platform provides a curated directory of no-code tools, a tool-matching quiz, courses and tutorials, and insights into industry news, AI automation, and agentic workflows.

The Challenge

Amsterdam HQ. One India hire. Terms that had to match.

No Code Digital, based in Amsterdam, needed to hire one person in India. No local entity meant they couldn't hire directly. That was the straightforward part.

The hire also came with a specific requirement: the candidate had defined benefit expectations and employment terms they needed met. Get those wrong and the hire falls through. For a company bringing on a single person in a market they're not set up in, there's no room for a renegotiation over benefits after the fact.
