DEIB stands for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging, representing a framework that promotes equal opportunity, inclusiveness, and psychological safety within a community or organization.

"Diversity" encompasses the differences among individuals within a specific setting, such as a company or industry. "Equity" pertains to the establishment of fair and impartial systems that consider the unique circumstances and perspectives of different groups of people. It ensures equal opportunities for everyone, aiming for equal outcomes.

"Inclusion" focuses on creating a welcoming environment where individuals feel psychologically safe to express their authentic selves. It fosters a culture where everyone feels empowered to speak up, be heard, and appreciated, promoting a sense of visibility and empowerment.

"Belonging" refers to the feeling of security and support that individuals experience when they are accepted and included within a particular group or community. It signifies a sense of identity and acceptance.
