Position Overview
You'll support critical business operations and customer success functions at a fast-growing AI startup transforming workforce housing. This role offers hands-on experience in both customer relationship management and operational excellence as the company rapidly expands its platform.
Role & Responsibilities
- You support customer onboarding processes and ensure smooth implementation of the platform for new enterprise clients
- You assist in managing customer support tickets and coordinate with internal teams to resolve housing-related issues
- You help streamline business operations processes including vendor management and inventory quality assurance
- You analyze customer usage data and booking patterns to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- You support account management activities including client communications, reporting, and relationship building
- You collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
Must Have Criteria
- 1-3 years of experience in customer success, business operations, or client-facing roles
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interactions
- Experience managing multiple client accounts or operational processes simultaneously
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to handle customer escalations professionally
