Position Overview
You'll own client relationships that drive global recruitment success for tech companies expanding internationally. As the primary stakeholder contact, you'll manage recruitment pipelines, optimize service delivery, and identify growth opportunities across our 140+ country network. This role offers direct exposure to cutting-edge HR technology and the chance to shape international hiring strategies for high-growth clients.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct weekly and monthly cadence calls with client stakeholders to review recruitment progress and pipeline status
- Prepare and publish detailed funnel reports showcasing recruitment metrics, progress, and insights to client leadership
- Manage funnel movement at role level by coordinating with recruiters and coordinators to ensure pipeline health
- Monitor and improve client NPS scores through proactive relationship management and service optimization
- Handle account grievances and escalations, working cross-functionally to resolve issues and maintain client satisfaction
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to increase role mandates and expand account revenue
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure delivery excellence and client expectations are consistently met
Must Have Criteria
- 3-8 years of account management experience in tech recruitment services or IT staffing industry
- Proven track record of managing client relationships with tech companies and engineering leadership
- Experience preparing and presenting recruitment funnel reports and metrics to senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated success in cross-selling and upselling tech recruitment services to existing clients
- Strong understanding of tech hiring processes, developer pipelines, and engineering recruitment metrics
- Experience working with recruitment teams specializing in software engineering and technical roles
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Engineering, or related field

- Experience with global tech recruitment or international developer hiring processes
- Background working with startup clients or high-growth tech companies
- Familiarity with HR tech platforms or Employer of Record services
- Understanding of technical roles like full-stack developers, DevOps engineers, and data scientists
