Position Overview
You'll create intuitive user experiences that simplify complex international hiring workflows for companies worldwide. You'll shape the design direction of a rapidly growing global HR platform, working directly with product managers and developers to solve challenging compliance and workforce management problems. This role offers the opportunity to design for 140+ countries while building scalable design systems in a fast-paced startup environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user experiences for web and mobile applications serving global HR workflows
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Sketch
- Build interactive prototypes using Framer and develop rapid concepts using Lovable and Replit
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and improve user satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into intuitive design solutions
- Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across all product touchpoints
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively
Must Have Criteria
- 5-8 years of UI/UX design experience with SaaS or B2B platforms
- Expert proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping, and design system management
- Strong experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and Sketch
- Hands-on experience with Framer for interactive prototyping and animations
- Experience with rapid prototyping tools like Lovable and Replit for quick concept validation
- Proven track record of designing complex workflows and data-heavy interfaces
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process from research to final implementation
Nice to Have
- Experience designing for HR tech, fintech, or compliance-heavy industries
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and ability to collaborate closely with developers
- Experience with design systems and component libraries at scale
- Background in designing for global/multi-market products with localization needs
