Position Overview

As an SDE-2 Flutter Developer, you'll own the development and maintenance of high-traffic mobile applications serving customers across India. You'll be a key contributor to the mobile strategy, ensuring the app scales effectively while mentoring junior engineers and maintaining exceptional code quality and app stability.

Role & Responsibilities

Own app performance, fluidity, and responsiveness across iOS and Android platforms
Design and build complex mobile features using Flutter and Dart for seamless user journeys
Lead and mentor junior mobile engineers, fostering technical excellence within the team
Drive code quality through rigorous PR reviews and clean architecture adherence
Create mobile-specific technical specifications and design documents for major product milestones
Ensure mobile app architecture meets industry data security and privacy standards
Monitor production app stability, crash rates, and performance metrics using Firebase/Sentry

Must Have Criteria

4-6 years of Flutter and Dart development experience at high-growth product companies
Experience building B2C mobile applications with 100K+ downloads or 10K+ daily active users
Strong portfolio of published apps on Google Play Store or Apple App Store
Deep expertise in Flutter state management (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, or GetX)
Hands-on experience with Method Channels for native Android/iOS integration
Experience with Firebase services and mobile CI/CD pipeline implementation
Proven track record of app performance optimization for consumer-scale applications

Nice to Have

Experience in healthcare, medtech, or pharmaceutical industry mobile applications
Background working at Series A or seed-stage startups
Experience with crash monitoring tools like Sentry or Crashlytics
Knowledge of backend API integration and mobile security best practices
