Position Overview
You'll drive data-driven insights and build predictive models that enhance a global HR platform serving 140+ countries. You'll work with complex datasets spanning multiple countries and employment regulations. You'll develop analytics solutions that help companies make smarter hiring and workforce management decisions across international markets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and implement machine learning models for e-commerce metrics like customer lifetime value, churn prediction, and conversion optimization
- Analyze global workforce data to identify hiring patterns, compliance risks, and market opportunities across 140+ countries
- Build predictive models for demand forecasting, pricing optimization, and employee retention in international markets
- Develop automated data pipelines and ETL processes to handle multi-country payroll and compliance data
- Create comprehensive dashboards and reports for executive decision-making on global expansion strategies
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate ML models into the core platform
- Conduct A/B tests and statistical analysis to optimize user experience and business outcomes
Must Have Criteria
- 5+ years of data science experience with focus on e-commerce analytics and customer behavior modeling
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and model development
- Experience with machine learning frameworks like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
- Proven track record of building and deploying predictive models in production environments
- Expertise in statistical analysis, A/B testing, and experimental design methodologies
- Experience working with large-scale datasets and distributed computing frameworks
- Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics: conversion rates, CAC, LTV, retention, and revenue attribution
Nice to Have
- Experience in HR tech, fintech, or global compliance domains
- Knowledge of international employment laws and multi-country data regulations
- Experience with cloud platforms and MLOps practices for model deployment
