Position Overview
You drive the product vision at the intersection of technology, data, and finance. You shape high-impact products that streamline financial operations for global, digital-first businesses. You own the process from understanding complex workflows to translating insights into actionable product requirements.
Role & Responsibilities
- Work with enterprise clients to understand financial pain points, including AR/AP, cash flow, reconciliation, close process, and income statements.
- Analyze billions of records to uncover patterns, gaps, and insights that guide product features and automation.
- Convert business and finance use cases into structured PRDs, user stories, and product specs for the development team.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, data, and QA teams to ship features on time and with quality.
- Own product outcomes from idea to implementation, including problem scoping, requirement documentation, UAT, and client feedback loops.
- Communicate effectively across tech and non-tech teams, acting as the bridge between business and engineering.
Must Have Criteria
- Engineering degree from a Tier-1 college (IIT, BITS, NIT, or equivalent).
- 3–5 years of experience working in or building for Finance, Fintech, or SaaS products.
- Strong grasp of finance fundamentals: AR, AP, cash flow management, GL/trial balance, income statements, and close processes.
- Proficient in data wrangling: SQL, Excel, and optionally Python or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Ability to handle large datasets and drive actionable insights.
- Proven ability to gather, articulate, and translate client requirements into product decisions.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a strong bias for action.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to speak the language of both finance professionals and engineers.

- Experience in enterprise SaaS or B2B finance platforms.
- Exposure to reconciliation engines, payment processors, or accounting systems.
