Position Overview
You will lead and scale operational processes for a fast-growing global EOR platform serving 140+ countries. You'll drive operational excellence across the entire service delivery chain, ensuring seamless client experiences while building robust frameworks for compliance, payroll operations, and customer success. This role offers direct impact on scaling operations globally while working closely with founders in a dynamic startup environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end operations strategy and execution for global EOR services across 140+ countries
- Build and manage operational processes for employee onboarding, payroll processing, and compliance management
- Establish and monitor KPIs for operational efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to employment laws across multiple jurisdictions
- Design and implement scalable operational frameworks to support rapid business growth
- Manage vendor relationships and partnerships for global payroll, benefits, and compliance services
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve customer experience and reduce operational bottlenecks
Must Have Criteria
- 8+ years of operations experience in fintech, with at least 3 years in leadership roles
- Proven experience managing multi-country payroll operations and compliance processes
- Strong background in financial operations, payment processing, or cross-border transactions
- Experience building operational processes from ground up in startup/scale-up environments
- Track record of managing teams of 10+ people across multiple functions
- Deep understanding of regulatory compliance in financial services or HR tech
- Experience with operational metrics, SLA management, and process optimization
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in EOR, PEO, or global employment services industry
- Background in international business operations or global expansion
- Experience with HR tech platforms or workforce management solutions
- MBA or advanced degree in Operations, Finance, or related field
