Position Overview
You will build intelligent solutions that power a global HR platform serving 140+ countries. You'll develop and deploy machine learning models that enhance hiring, compliance, and workforce management capabilities. You'll work directly with product and engineering teams to integrate ML solutions into a platform that helps companies expand globally from day one.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and implement machine learning models to optimize hiring and workforce management processes
- Build and maintain scalable ML pipelines for data processing and model deployment
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate ML solutions into the platform
- Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and insights for business decision-making
- Monitor model performance and implement improvements to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Research and evaluate new ML techniques and technologies for potential implementation
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Must Have Criteria
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML libraries
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and model deployment
- Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques
- Understanding of statistical concepts and data analysis methods
- Experience working with large datasets and data pipelines
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Experience in HR tech or workforce management domain
