Position Overview

We are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer with 2-4 years of experience to build and deploy ML models that enhance our global HR platform. You'll work on solving complex problems in international hiring, compliance automation, and workforce analytics while collaborating with our cross-functional team to scale our AI-driven solutions across 140+ countries.

Role & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models using TensorFlow and PyTorch frameworks
Build scalable ML pipelines on AWS SageMaker for processing millions of transactions daily
Develop computer vision solutions for document verification and compliance automation
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate ML solutions into the platform
Optimize model performance and monitor deployed models in high-volume production environments
Research and implement cutting-edge ML techniques for HR and compliance use cases
Work with large-scale datasets from multiple countries to extract meaningful insights

Must Have Criteria

2-4 years of experience in machine learning engineering or related field
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related technical field
Strong programming skills in Python with hands-on experience in TensorFlow and PyTorch
Experience building and deploying machine learning models using AWS SageMaker
Experience working with high-volume systems processing millions of transactions daily
Hands-on experience in computer vision applications and image processing techniques
Understanding of ML model deployment and scaling in cloud environments

Nice to Have

Previous experience working at SaaS companies or B2B software platforms
Experience in HR tech, fintech, or compliance-related ML applications
Knowledge of document analysis and OCR technologies for verification systems
Experience with MLOps tools and practices for model lifecycle management
Background in distributed systems and microservices architecture
