Position Overview
You will build and deploy AI-driven solutions that enhance a global HR platform serving 140+ countries. You'll develop intelligent systems for workforce analytics, compliance automation, and predictive hiring insights that directly impact how companies scale their distributed teams. You'll work at the intersection of machine learning and international workforce management, creating solutions that solve real-world compliance and talent optimization challenges.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and implement machine learning models for HR analytics and workforce predictions
- Build and maintain ML pipelines for data processing and model deployment
- Develop recommendation systems for talent matching and workforce optimization
- Create automated compliance and risk assessment models for global employment
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate ML solutions into the platform
- Monitor model performance and implement continuous improvement strategies
- Research and prototype new AI capabilities for international workforce management
Must Have Criteria
- 3+ years of experience in machine learning engineering and model deployment
- Strong proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
- Knowledge of cloud platforms for ML model deployment and scaling
- Experience with SQL and working with large datasets
- Understanding of MLOps practices and CI/CD for machine learning
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
Nice to Have
- Experience in HR tech, workforce analytics, or people analytics
- Knowledge of NLP for document processing and text analysis
- Experience with real-time ML systems and streaming data
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in different countries
