Position Overview
You will own the critical technical 'Day 0' experience that ensures every customer starts their journey on a stable, secure foundation. This high-ownership role puts you in charge of product installations, cloud and on-premise integrations, and communications provisioning across diverse customer environments. You'll operate independently while continuously improving processes as the company scales, directly impacting thousands of dental practices' success from their very first interaction with the platform.
Role & Responsibilities
- Configure and deploy company products across diverse customer environments
- Execute secure, compliant installations for on-premise PMS systems with customer IT teams
- Manage cloud-to-cloud integrations using API authentication, OAuth, and secure credential exchange
- Execute VoIP, SMS, and fax number provisioning and porting workflows using Twilio and Telenyx platforms
- Validate post-deployment installations including data sync accuracy, call routing, and messaging activation
- Conduct pre-installation readiness assessments to identify infrastructure, access, and data mapping risks
- Build and improve installation and provisioning processes, documentation, and automation opportunities
Must Have Criteria
- 4-6 years hands-on experience with SaaS or technical implementations in cloud and hybrid environments
- Strong experience with system integrations, APIs, authentication protocols (OAuth, API keys), and data flows
- Proven experience with both on-premise and cloud-based software deployments and troubleshooting
- Experience with VoIP, SMS, and telecom provisioning concepts and platforms
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently, manage priorities, and work effectively in ambiguous environments
- Strong technical documentation skills and cross-functional communication abilities
Nice to Have
- Experience with dental or healthcare technology ecosystems and PMS platforms
- Hands-on experience with Twilio, Telenyx, or similar communications platforms
- Knowledge of telecom compliance and verification requirements (FCC, CTIA, A2P)
- Experience with dental PMS systems like Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, or Curve Dental
- Background in technical customer onboarding or implementation management roles
