Position Overview
You will spearhead revenue growth by penetrating the HORECA market with the company's global HR solutions. You'll build and scale a high-performing sales team while leveraging your hospitality industry expertise to solve workforce challenges for hotels, restaurants, and catering companies. This role offers direct collaboration with founders and the opportunity to establish the sales function at a fast-growing global platform.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate HORECA market segments
- Build and manage high-performing sales team while establishing scalable sales processes
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with key HORECA industry players and associations
- Lead complex enterprise sales cycles with hotel chains, restaurant groups, and catering companies
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to develop HORECA-specific solutions and messaging
- Establish and maintain relationships with C-level executives in hospitality industry
- Drive revenue growth and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
Must Have Criteria
- 8+ years of B2B sales experience with at least 5 years in HORECA industry
- Proven track record of building and scaling sales teams from 0 to 10+ members
- Experience selling SaaS or HR technology solutions to enterprise clients
- Strong network of contacts within hotels, restaurants, and catering industry
- Track record of consistently achieving $2M+ annual revenue targets
- Experience managing complex sales cycles with 6+ month deal closure timelines
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field

- MBA from recognized business school
