Position Overview
You'll drive data-driven insights that shape a global HR platform serving 140+ countries. You'll work with complex international datasets to build predictive models that optimize hiring processes and enhance compliance systems. This role offers direct impact on how companies worldwide manage their distributed teams through machine learning and workforce analytics.
Role & Responsibilities
- You develop and deploy machine learning models using TensorFlow and PyTorch to optimize global hiring processes
- You build and maintain automated ML pipelines using Apache Airflow for workforce analytics and predictions
- You analyze complex datasets from multiple countries to identify trends in employment patterns and compliance requirements
- You create predictive models for employee lifecycle management, retention, and performance across different markets
- You collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate data science solutions into the platform
- You design A/B tests and statistical analyses to measure the impact of product features and business strategies
- You present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear visualizations and actionable insights
Must Have Criteria
- 3-6 years of experience as a Data Scientist building and deploying ML models in production
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and statistical analysis
- Hands-on experience with TensorFlow and PyTorch for deep learning model development
- Experience with Apache Airflow for building and orchestrating data pipelines and ML workflows
- Proven experience working with systems handling thousands of daily transactions and high-volume data processing
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- Experience with statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and experimental design methodologies
Nice to Have
- Experience in e-commerce analytics including customer segmentation, recommendation systems, or conversion optimization
- Background in supply chain optimization, demand forecasting, or logistics analytics
- Experience in HR tech, fintech, or B2B SaaS companies with global operations
- Knowledge of employment laws, payroll systems, or compliance requirements across multiple countries
- Experience with cloud platforms and big data technologies for scalable data processing
