Position Overview

You'll build and maintain the data infrastructure that powers a multimodal, multilingual consumer AI platform serving 100M+ users. You'll design analytics frameworks and monitoring systems that handle terabyte-scale datasets with millions of events per day. This role offers direct ownership of data systems that enable AI model training, real-time user behavior analysis, and business intelligence for one of India's most ambitious AI platforms.

Role & Responsibilities

• You implement analytics frameworks and statistical models to analyze user behavior and AI interaction patterns
• You build and maintain streaming analytics systems using Apache Spark for real-time data processing
• You develop business intelligence dashboards and KPI tracking systems for product performance monitoring
• You write complex analytical queries and maintain data models in BigQuery for multimodal AI interactions analysis
• You build product data pipelines to track user journeys, feature adoption, and conversion metrics
• You support data infrastructure for AI model training, fine-tuning, and inference monitoring
• You create automated reporting systems and analytical pipelines for business and operational metrics

Must Have Criteria

• 5+ years of hands-on data engineering experience with strong analytics background
• 2+ years of experience working with Databricks for large-scale data processing
• Experience building data systems processing terabyte-scale datasets with millions of events per day
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data pipeline development
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Composer for workflow orchestration
• Experience with Google Cloud Dataflow for batch and stream processing
• Working experience with Google BigQuery for data warehousing and analytics

Nice to Have

• Experience with GraphQL for data querying and API integration
• Background in AI/ML data pipelines and model serving infrastructure
• Experience building data systems for conversational AI or chatbot platforms
• Previous work in startup or high-growth environments with rapid iteration cycles
