Position Overview

You'll own the website and social media content strategy for a fast-growing global HR platform. You'll leverage cutting-edge AI tools while adding the human touch that makes content truly engaging and authentic. You'll directly impact company growth and international expansion through data-driven content that drives community engagement and lead generation across digital channels.

Role & Responsibilities

Create and manage comprehensive content strategy for website, blog, and social media channels
Develop engaging LinkedIn and Reddit content that drives community engagement and lead generation
Optimize all content for SEO to improve organic search rankings and website traffic
Leverage AI tools strategically while adding human insight and brand voice to all content
Manage content calendar and ensure consistent posting across all digital platforms
Analyze content performance metrics and iterate based on data-driven insights
Collaborate with product and sales teams to create content that supports business objectives

Must Have Criteria

2-4 years of content marketing experience with proven track record
Strong working knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword optimization
Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn and Reddit for business purposes
Proficiency with AI content tools and understanding of when/how to use them effectively
Experience in HR tech, SaaS, or B2B technology companies
Demonstrated ability to balance AI-generated content with human creativity and brand voice
Portfolio showcasing website content, social media campaigns, and content strategy

Nice to Have

Experience with global HR, recruitment, or workforce management platforms
Knowledge of content management systems and marketing automation tools
