The company builds AI agents for Wall Street equity analysts. Its platform automates financial research — earnings analysis, risk tracking, proxy reviews, and idea generation.

It uses proprietary large language model technology purpose-built for institutional workflows. A 14-person seed-stage team backed by $2.5M in funding.

Co-founded by two IIT-BHU graduates with deep expertise in finance and AI/ML engineering. Investors include DeVC India, Inventus Capital, and other prominent angels.

Position Overview

As an AI Engineer, you will build AI-powered features end-to-end — from LLM pipelines and RAG systems to backend APIs and frontend interfaces. You will work directly with founders and users to ship high-impact products in a fast-moving, zero-to-one environment.

Role & Responsibilities

• Design and build AI agent workflows and RAG pipelines that extract insights from financial documents at scale
• Own full-stack features from architecture and backend APIs to frontend UI using TypeScript and React
• Integrate and optimize LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) for latency, cost, and accuracy in production
• Build and maintain vector database infrastructure across Pinecone, Weaviate, and pgvector for semantic search and document retrieval
• Implement LLMOps practices including evaluation frameworks, prompt versioning, and model monitoring
• Collaborate directly with founders and the Customer Success team to gather user feedback and iterate rapidly
• Write clean, well-tested, production-grade code with a focus on performance and system reliability

Must Have Criteria

• 2–6 years of experience in AI/ML or backend engineering roles
• Hands-on experience building and deploying RAG pipelines using LangChain or LlamaIndex
• Production experience with LLM APIs — OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or Google Gemini
• Backend development experience with Python or Node.js, including REST API design
• Frontend experience with TypeScript and React (or Next.js) for building product interfaces
• Production experience with vector databases — Pinecone, Weaviate, or pgvector
• Demonstrated track record of shipping end-to-end features in a fast-paced or startup environment

Nice to Have

• Prior experience at a Series A or Series B startup building from zero to one
• Exposure to financial data, fintech products, or equity research workflows
• Experience with LLMOps tooling — evaluation frameworks, prompt management, or model observability
• Familiarity with distributed systems and optimizing for latency/cost at scale
• Degree from a Tier-1 engineering college (IITs, NITs, BITS, or equivalent)
